財政部公布了第四批《廢棄電器電子產品處理基金補貼企業名單》。連同此前公布的三批,目前共有107家被納入基金補貼范圍,北京市共有三家:華新綠源環保產業發展有限公司(簡稱“華新環保")、偉翔聯合環保科技發展(北京)有限公司和北京市危險廢物處置中心,其中香蕉皮是華新環保旗下的回收網站。 雖然我國家電回收行業正規軍的規模再次擴大,但是整個回收行業的尷尬仍然沒有解除:正規軍不敵游擊隊,很多正規回收企業面臨著無米下鍋的窘境。任露介紹說,依據不完全統計,北京一年產生的廢棄電子電器物在一千萬臺左右,但真正到正規回收企業的只有三百多萬臺,更多的是被游擊隊回收進行不正規的處理。 這種情況并非僅限北京地區。根據《中國廢棄電器電子產品回收處理及綜合利用行業白皮書2013》內容顯示,2013年我國“四機一腦”合計理論報廢量為10980.18萬臺,但納入補貼名單的處理企業的實際拆解處理量剛剛達到4000萬臺,處理量不足報廢量的四成。 在任露看來,游擊隊直接沖擊到回收行業,一來游擊隊的散戶體系比較龐大,遠遠高于正規行業,第二是游擊隊的綜合回收成本非常低。正是因為游擊隊的存在,很多回收正規軍在收購不到原料的情況下不得不頻頻停產。
國家工商行政管理總局9月4日宣布,從現在起到2015年底,將在全國范圍內對家用電子電器、服裝鞋帽、裝飾裝修材料、交通工具、有關服務等重點領域開展消費維權工作。        近年來,有關家用電子電器的申訴一直居消費申訴總量首位。工商部門將以家電、通訊器材、電腦等商品為重點,集中解決商品質量參差不齊、售后服務無保障、維修服務質量差等突出問題,依法查處以假充真、以次充好、虛假標注等違法行為。 服裝鞋帽是大眾化日常消費品,引發消費糾紛的幾率較大,特別是兒童服裝的質量關乎下一代健康成長。工商部門將以服裝鞋帽、兒童服裝、兒童用品等商品為重點,集中解決標識標注不規范、質量不達標、存在安全隱患等突出問題。        當前,一些劣質裝飾裝修材料存在嚴重安全隱患,危及公眾健康。工商部門將以人造板及其制品、木器涂料、內墻涂料、膠粘劑、陶瓷地磚等裝飾裝修材料和家具等商品為重點,集中解決違反裝飾裝修材料有害物質限量標準要求的質量安全問題。 近期,電動自行車超速、超重,汽車配件假冒偽劣所引起的交通事故不斷發生。工商部門將以汽車燈具、剎車片、制動軟管等汽車配件和電動自行車等商品為重點,集中解決不符合安全標準、沒有產品合格證等突出問題。
